Ingredients

2 oz

bourbon

³⁄₄ oz

honey syrup

³⁄₄ oz

lemon juice

Shake it Up

1. Shake all ingredients with ice
2. Strain into rocks glass with one large ice cube

Notes & Review

PDT calls for 1oz of honey syrup (which is what I made), but I think 3/4oz might be the right call, and seems to be true to the original recipe. Tart, sweet, satisfying.
