Highball
Ingredients
- 2 oz
- Beefeater London Dry Gin
- 1 oz
- lime juice
- 1⁄2 oz
- simple syrup
- soda water to top off
- 1
- lime wedge as garnish
Shake it Up
- Short shake all ingredients, except club soda, with 3 ice cubes
- Strain into highball glass with ice cubes
- Garnish with lime wedge
Notes & Review
Very approachable, tasty, simple drink. A nice alternative to a gin and tonic and good intro for those who might not love gin.
