A bit of a riff on Bobby Huegel's Margarita, with cinnamon syrup and pineapple instead of agave nectar as the sweetener. I wouldn't think pineapple and cinnamon would work that well but it does here, making for an easy-to-drink Margarita-esque cocktail with a twist. Just have to mention here, this will be exceedingly superior with fresh pineapple juice. If the pineapple is ripe, you can just muddle some up to make the half ounce needed. Canned/bottled pineapple likely will make this drink mediocre.
