Ingredients

blackberry

2 oz

Flor de Caña 4-Year Extra Seco Rum

³⁄₄ oz

lemon juice

¹⁄₄ oz

ginger syrup

¹⁄₄ oz

Death & Co Orgeat

¹⁄₄ oz

acacia honey syrup

None

Death & Co House Peychaud's Bitters as garnish

Shake it Up

1. Gently muddle blackberries in the pilsner glass
2. Fill glass with crushed ice
3. Add remaining ingredients (except the bitters) into a shaker, and whip with a few pieces of crushed ice until just incorporated
4. Strain into glass
5. Garnish with thin layer of bitters; serve with a straw
