Ingredients

strawberry

2 oz

jalapeño-infused Siembra Azul Blanco Tequila

³⁄₄ oz

Yellow Chartreuse

³⁄₄ oz

lemon juice

¹⁄₂ oz

simple syrup

Shake it Up

1. Gently muddle strawberry in a shaker
2. Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice
3. Double strain into coupe

Notes & Review

Very good, but something slightly off, maybe slightly too much simple syrup. A salt / chili or sugar / chili rim might enhance the experience.
