Ingredients

2 oz

Siembra Azul Blanco Tequila

³⁄₄ oz

lemon juice

¹⁄₄ oz

agave nectar

1 tsp

orange marmalade

Shake it Up

1. Shake all ingredients with ice
2. Strain into coupe glass

Background & History

A spinoff on Tommy's Margarita, this is a nice alternative if you don't have or aren't feeling limes (and somehow have orange marmalade, which I think does add to the well-roundedness of the drink).

Notes & Review

Very tasty; probably not AS good as the classic Margarita but definitely up there. Reminds me of a Lemon Drop as well, would be interesting to try it with a sugar, or salt and sugar, rim.
