Ingredients

1 oz

Sazerac Rye

1¹⁄₂ oz

Lustau Amontillado Sherry

¹⁄₂ oz

lemon juice

¹⁄₂ oz

orange juice

³⁄₄ oz

Death & Co Orgeat

2 dash

Angostura aromatic bitters

³⁄₄ oz

soda water

Shake it Up

1. Short shake all ingredients (except club soda) with 3 ice cubes
2. Strain into snifter with 1 large ice cube
3. Top off with club soda
