Beefeater London Dry Gin

³⁄₄ oz

lemon juice

1 oz

simple syrup

2 dash

Angostura aromatic bitters

lemon wedge as garnish

Shake it Up

1. Shake all ingredients with ice
2. Strain into double rocks glass
3. Garnish with lemon wedge

Notes & Review

Sweet and sour. Strong but refreshing. Very tasty. Could probably only have one or two.
