Double Rocks
Ingredients
- 3⁄4 oz
- Perry's Tot Navy Strength Gin
- 3⁄4 oz
- Plymouth Sloe Gin
- 1⁄2 oz
- Aperol
- 1⁄2 oz
- Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao
- 2 dash
- Angostura aromatic bitters
Stir it Up
- Stir all ingredients over ice
- Strain into double rocks glass over one large ice cube

Notes & Review
Easy to make and easy to sip, but might be too fruity for some, almost reminds oneself of a Jolly Rancher, although certainly a pretty boozy one. The bitterness of the Aperol and Ango helps cut down the sweetness, as does the Navy Strength gin, but maybe not quite enough.
