Double Rocks
Ingredients
- 2 oz
- Plymouth Gin
- 1⁄2 oz
- St-Germain
- 2 dash
- Death & Co House Orange Bitters
- 1
- grapefruit twist as garnish
Stir it Up
- Stir all ingredients over ice
- Strain into double rocks glass with one large ice cube
- Garnish with grapefruit twist

An incredibly simple drink that is a great riff of the Old Fashioned for gin drinkers.
Notes & Review
The grapefruit twist is key, as are the orange bitters, adding dimensionality to a drink that would otherwise be a bit dull. I'd like to try it again with a teaspoon of cane sugar syrup or simple syrup to add a tad more sweet without overdoing it on the St-Germain.
