Vieux Pontarlier Absinthe

¹⁄₂ oz

lime juice

¹⁄₂ oz

Death & Co Grenadine

sparkling white wine to top off

Shake it Up

1. Shake all ingredients (except sparkling wine) with ice
2. Strain into coupe
3. Top with sparkling wine
