Ingredients

1¹⁄₂ oz

Old Overholt Rye

¹⁄₂ oz

Ransom Old Tom Gin

¹⁄₂ oz

Lustau East India Solera Sherry

³⁄₄ oz

lemon juice

¹⁄₂ oz

maple syrup

1 tsp

apple butter

1 dash

Angostura aromatic bitters

1

apple fan as garnish

Shake it Up

1. Shake all ingredients with ice
2. Stain into double rocks glass with 1 large ice cube
3. Garnish with apple fan
