Ingredients

1 rinse: Laphroaig 10-Year Scotch
1¹⁄₂ oz: Rittenhouse Straight Rye Whiskey
¹⁄₂ oz: Bruichladdich Port Chartlotte 7-Year Scotch
2 dash: Vieux Pontarlier Absinthe
1 tsp: demerara syrup
2 dash: Death & Co House Peychaud's Bitters
1: lemon twist

Stir it Up

Rinse rocks glass with Laphroaig
Stir remaining ingredients (except lemon twist) over ice
Strain into rocks glass
Squeeze lemon twist over drink and discard
