Ingredients

11⁄2 oz
blanco tequila
3⁄4 oz
Aperol
1⁄2 oz
lime juice
1⁄2 oz
orgeat
1
tajín as garnish

Shake it Up

  1. Shake all ingredients over ice
  2. Strain into tulip or stemless wine glass filled with crushed ice
  3. Sprinkle tajín on top

Notes & Review

Variations to try:

  • 2oz tequila, 1oz lime, 0.5 0.5
  • Up in coupe with rim of tajin
  • 1.5, 0.5, 0.5, 0.5 (less Aperol)
