Ingredients

11⁄2 oz
Goslings Black Seal Rum
1⁄4 oz
lime juice
1⁄2 oz
curried ginger syrup
sparkling white wine to top off

Shake it Up

  1. Shake all ingredients (except sparkling wine) with ice
  2. Strain into flute
  3. Top with sparkling wine
