Ingredients

2 oz

Goslings Black Seal Rum

³⁄₄ oz

lime juice

1 oz

ginger syrup

soda water to top off

1

lime wheel as garnish

1

candied ginger as garnish

Shake it Up

1. Combine all ingredients, except club soda, in a shaker and whip (short shake with a few pieces of crushed ice)
2. Strain into highball glass filled with ice cubes
3. Top with club soda
4. Garnish with lime wheel and candied ginger flag
5. Serve with a straw
