Ingredients

1 rinse
absinthe
1 oz
Fortaleza Reposado Tequila
2⁄3 oz
Lillet Blanc
1⁄3 oz
Cointreau
2⁄3 oz
lemon juice
1 tsp
simple syrup (2:1)
1
lemon twist as garnish

Shake it Up

  1. Rinse Nick & Nora glass with absinthe
  2. Stir all other ingredients over ice
  3. Strain into Nick & Nora glass
  4. Garnish with lemon twist

Background & History

A tequila-based riff on the classic Corpse Reviver #2.

Notes & Review

Very smooth, well-balanced cocktail. Great for those skittish about tequila, it barely comes through. Definitely competes with the classic Corpse Reviver #2.
