Ingredients
- 2
- cucumber wheel
- 2 oz
- gin
- 1⁄2 oz
- Cynar
- 1⁄2 oz
- dry vermouth
- 1 pinch
- salt
- 1
- cucumber wheel as garnish
Stir it Up
- Muddle cucumber wheels in a mixing glass
- Add remaining ingredients and stir over ice
- Double strain into coupe
- Garnish with thinly-sliced cucumber wheel
Notes & Review
Gin-forward, with a nose of cucumber and a slightly bitter, salty aftertaste. Melds together nicely, and a good intro drink to Cynar although it's subtle in the background. But unlikely to be a drink most love.
