Ingredients

11⁄2 oz
Green Chartreuse
1⁄2 oz
falernum
1 oz
pineapple juice
3⁄4 oz
lime juice
1
nutmeg as garnish
1
mint sprig as garnish

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to Collins glass
  2. Fill glass with crushed ice, and swizzle with barspoon or swizzle stick until chilled
  3. Top-off with more crushed ice
  4. Freshly grate nutmeg over the drink and garnish with mint
  5. Serve with a straw
