Ingredients

1¹⁄₂ oz

Knappogue Castle 12-Year Irish Whiskey

1¹⁄₂ oz

Fuji apple juice

³⁄₄ oz

lemon juice

¹⁄₂ oz

acacia honey syrup

1

basil sprig as garnish

Shake it Up

1. Short shake all ingredients with 3 ice cubes
2. Strain into pilsner glass with crushed ice
3. Garnish with basil sprig; serve with a straw
