Busnel Calvados VSOP

¹⁄₂ oz

St-Germain

2 dash

Vieux Pontarlier Absinthe

sparkling white wine to top off

Stir it Up

1. Stir all ingredients (except sparkling wine) over ice
2. Strain into coupe
3. Top with sparkling wine
