Busnel Calvados VSOP

¹⁄₄ oz

Élixir Combier

1¹⁄₂ oz

Fusion Verjus Blanc

¹⁄₂ tsp

cane sugar syrup

1 dash

Death & Co House Orange Bitters

apple fan as garnish

Stir it Up

1. Stir all ingredients over ice
2. Strain into Nick & Nora glass
3. Garnish with apple fan
