Ingredients

1¹⁄₂ oz

Hine H Cognac

1 oz

Granny Smith apple juice

¹⁄₂ oz

lime juice

¹⁄₂ oz

acacia honey syrup

sparkling white wine to top off

Granny Smith apple slice as garnish

Shake it Up

1. Shake all ingredients (except sparkling wine) with ice
2. Strain into flute
3. Top with sparkling wine
4. Garnish with apple slice, dropped into the drink
