- Amaro Averna
- 1 dash
- Angostura aromatic bitters
- 1 dash
- Regans' Orange Bitters No 6
- 1
- brandied cherry as garnish
Stir it Up
- Stir all ingredients over ice
- Strain into coupe
- Garnish with cherry
Notes & Review
Simple to make, and a nice alternative to the classic Manhattan. It's a touch sweet and also a touch bitter, with nice complexity lingering on the palate.
