Ingredients

2 oz
Mount Gay Eclipse Rum
1⁄2 oz
lime juice
1⁄2 oz
pineapple juice
1⁄4 oz
demerara syrup
1⁄4 oz
cinnamon syrup
1 dash
Angostura aromatic bitters

Shake it Up

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice
  2. Strain into coupe
