Batavia Arrack van Oosten

³⁄₄ oz

lime juice

³⁄₄ oz

simple syrup

1 tsp

pomegranate molasses

mint leaf as garnish

Shake it Up

1. Short shake all ingredients
2. Double strain into coupe
3. Garnish with mint leaf
