Banks 5 Island Blend White Rum

¹⁄₂ oz

Dolin Blanc Vermouth

1 dash

Vieux Pontarlier Absinthe

¹⁄₂ oz

Granny Smith apple juice

¹⁄₄ oz

vanilla syrup

¹⁄₂ tsp

acid phosphate

1 dash

Death & Co House Orange Bitters

Granny Smith apple slice as garnish

Stir it Up

1. Stir all ingredients over ice
2. Strain into Nick & Nora glass
3. Garnish with apple slice
