Ingredients

1 tsp

simple syrup

1 tsp

Luxardo Maraschino Originale Liqueur

lemon twist

1

strawberry

1

white sugar cube

1¹⁄₂ oz

Siembra Azul Blanco Tequila

¹⁄₂ oz

jalapeño-infused Siembra Azul Blanco Tequila

¹⁄₂ oz

Lustau East India Solera Sherry

¹⁄₂

strawberry as garnish

Shake it Up

1. Muddle simple syrup, maraschino liqueur, lemon twists, strawberry and sugar cube in a shaker
2. Add both tequilas and sherry and whip (shake with a few pieces of crushed ice until just incorporated)
3. Dump into double rocks glass
4. Top with crushed ice
5. Garnish with half a strawberry; serve with a straw
