- 1 oz
- cold brew coffee
- 1⁄2 oz
- banana liqueur
- 1⁄2 oz
- Guinness syrup
- 2 dash
- chocolate bitters
- 3 dash
- saline solution
- 1
- maraschino cherry as garnish
Shake it Up
- Shake all ingredients with ice
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with an optionally coffee-cocoa dusted cherry [see notes]

Notes & Review
Coffee-Cocoa Dusted Cherry: dry off a maraschino cherry with a paper towel, and roll it through a 50/50 mix of fine coffee grounds and cocoa powder. Skewer with a cocktail pick and balance over the glass.
