Sesame seed infused rum

Ingredients

750 mL
El Dorado 12-Year Rum
25 g
white sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Toast the sesame seeds in a skillet over medium-low heat, stirring often, until slightly golden (about 4 minutes)
  2. After letting the seeds cool slightly, combine with the rum in a bowl, and stir
  3. Let sit for 5 minutes
  4. Strain through fine-mesh sieve lined with cheesecloth
  5. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 months
