Directions
- Toast the sesame seeds in a skillet over medium-low heat, stirring often, until slightly golden (about 4 minutes)
- After letting the seeds cool slightly, combine with the rum in a bowl, and stir
- Let sit for 5 minutes
- Strain through fine-mesh sieve lined with cheesecloth
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 months
