Directions
- Bring water to boil in saucepan
- Remove pan from heat and stir in dried hibiscus flowers
- Cover and let rest for 20 minutes
- Strain through cheesecloth-lined sieve and return to saucepan
- Stir in superfine sugar and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, without bringing to a boil, until sugar is dissolved
