Braeburn apple syrup

Ingredients

water
2 c
sugar

Braeburn apple

Directions

  1. Combine water and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a simmer
  2. Stir in peels and cores from the Braeburn apples and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes
  3. Let cool to room temperature
  4. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve
