Directions

  1. Combine 3 cups of banana chips with 1-liter of Gosling's Black Seal rum in a container and stir
  2. Let stand at room temperature for 24 hours, stirring occasionally
  3. Strain through cheesecloth-lined sieve, return to the container, and refrigerate overnight
  4. Strain through a cheesecloth-lined fine-mesh sieve
