apple cider vinegar
Directions
- Combine blueberries, sugar and water in a saucepan
- Crush the blueberries with a potato masher
- Bring to a boil, then lower heat to a simmer and stir occasionally for 15 minutes
- Strain through a cheesecloth-lined sieve, pressing the berries to extract as much as possible
- Return strained liquid to pan and simmer for another 10 minutes
- Stir in apple cider vinegar and simmer for two more minutes
