cane sugar

water

Directions

  1. Combine sliced banana, cane sugar, and water in a saucepan
  2. Bring to a simmer, remove from heat, and let cool to room temperature
  3. Refrigerate overnight
  4. Strain through a cheesecloth-lined sieve
