Ancho chile-infused Dolin Rouge Vermouth

Ingredients

ancho chile
750 mL
Dolin Rouge Vermouth

Directions

  1. Stem and coarsely chop 3 dried ancho chilies
  2. Add chilies to container along with Dolin Rouge and stir well
  3. Let sit at room temperature for 1 hour and 45 minutes, stirring occasionally
  4. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve
